Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd
$21.00–$22.00 DOE

This is a hands-on role for professionals who have experience cleaning industrial bakery machinery and thrive in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As a vital member of our Sanitation team, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready food manufacturing facility:
- Perform Sanitation of industrial bakery machinery, production equipment, and facility areas
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all Sanitation and food safety standards at all times
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain processing equipment, floors, drains, walls, and work areas
- Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals according to procedures
- Push, pull, and move equipment on rollers; mop, sweep, and squeegee floors
- Clean, store, and maintain all Sanitation tools, equipment, and PPE after each shift
- Report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment promptly
- Safely use ladders and scissor lifts
- Work comfortably in wet, dusty, warm environments
- Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing
- Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
- Required: Experience cleaning industrial bakery machinery or food manufacturing equipment
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new Sanitation methods and procedures
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Food manufacturing environment with flour dust
- Exposure to hot and wet conditions
- Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Regular climbing, kneeling, squatting, and reaching overhead
- Use of ladders, scissor lifts, and floor scrubbers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
