This leadership role is pivotal for our overnight operations, overseeing hygiene practices at our state-of-the-art facility from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Your mission is to ensure our products and personnel thrive in a spotless, regulation-compliant environment by driving sanitation excellence. You'll mentor a dedicated team, including two sanitation supervisors and one production supervisor, to uphold our robust sanitation standards. Your expertise will ensure our sanitation programs align with federal, state, and company standards. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams to preemptively identify sanitation challenges, manage our Master Sanitation Schedule, and oversee vendor services for sanitization supplies. You'll also play a role in budgeting, safety training, and implementing industry best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
