SANITATION MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $24.48/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time, Shift D | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

SANITATION MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Sanitation Machine Operator will be responsible for collecting product from the production floor while supporting general assembly and packaging operations. This role, internally referred to as a "Sweeper," is critical to maintaining a clean and efficient production environment.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

SANITATION MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Floor Maintenance: Consistently collect all product that falls to the floor to ensure a safe and clean workspace.
• Production Support: Perform routine functions including filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.
• Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO9000 standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team setting to support production goals and rotate into different tasks as required.
• Operational Efficiency: Follow standard operating procedures and prescribed steps to complete routine technical tasks.

SANITATION MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical specifications in English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong communication skills to interact with Team Leads and coworkers.
