Job Duties
Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and facility areas according to company procedures.
Follow food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards.
Safely handle cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment.
Complete sanitation logs and required documentation.
Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness before production begins.
Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Previous sanitation, janitorial, or food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a refrigerated environment.
Must be available to work overnight hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
