Sanforizer Operator

Nesco Resource is currently seeking a Sanforizer position located in Enoree, SC
The Sanforizer Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring sanforizing equipment used to shrink, finish, and stabilize fabric to meet quality and production standards. This role ensures fabric is processed correctly, machine settings are maintained, and finished materials meet customer specifications.
Job Responsibilities:

• Operate sanforizing machinery used in the fabric finishing process.
• Set up and adjust machine settings based on fabric type, width, and production requirements.
• Monitor fabric flow, shrinkage, temperature, pressure, and machine speed during operation.
• Inspect fabric for defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues throughout the process.
• Ensure finished fabric meets company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Load, unload, and move fabric rolls as needed throughout production.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.

• Previous manufacturing or textile experience preferred.
• Experience operating textile finishing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow instructions, monitor machine performance, and complete production documentation.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred.
