Job Title: Sample Processing Specialist

Location: 26 Davis Drive, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 (100% onsite) 

Total Regular Hours: 45 per week

Hours: Start Time: 6:00 AM  to 3:30 PM; Lunch Time: 30 Minutes

Work schedule is Monday thru Thursday working 9 hours per day and a half day on Friday (4 hours)

Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years' experience in a production type environment is required.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and maintain production quality and quantity.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of agriculture research samples.
• Inventory and order management support.
• Picking, packing, and shipping of agriculture samples.
• Record keeping and documentation per department guidelines.
• Support activities related to sample logistics.
• Requirements Proven record of reliability as a dependable team player that shows up to work each day.

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document activities accurately and responsibly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and good lab practices.
• Ability to adhere to all safe work practices and wear appropriate PPE.
