What You'll Do:
As Salon Manager, you'll spend part of your day behind the chair serving customers and the rest leading a high-performing team.
You'll:
- Inspire and coach a team of talented stylists.
- Create a positive, fun, and professional salon culture.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.
- Recruit, train, and develop future leaders.
- Manage scheduling, productivity, and salon performance.
- Celebrate wins while helping team members reach their goals.
- Lead by example with exceptional haircutting and customer service.

- Hold a current Cosmetology or Barber license.
