    Description

    Salesforce Technical Project Manager

    Location: Onsite Atlanta- 5 days/week

    10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.

    • Strong experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud projects. Automotive Cloud experience preferred.
    • Proven experience leading end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, resource management, governance, deployment, and hypercare support.
    • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define project roadmap and implementation strategy.
    • Lead Agile delivery teams and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
    • Track project health, risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely mitigation and escalation management.
    • Ensure delivery excellence through quality governance, testing oversight, release management, and production readiness reviews.
    • Manage cross-functional teams comprising Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and third-party vendors.
    • Experience working with Salesforce integrations, data migration, environment strategy, and DevOps processes.
    • Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Security Model, Integration Patterns, and Solution Architecture.
    • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, etc.
    • Strong client-facing communication, executive stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
    • Experience in Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies
