Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical PM in Salesforce projects
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and LWC
Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user story writing, and acceptance criteria
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and data migration concepts
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance
Experience with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce
Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certification preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with business, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Support integration, data migration, and platform enhancement initiatives.
Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, and stakeholder communication.
Leverage AI tools to improve story creation, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
