Role description

Job Location : Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Location : Newark,California (Remote is also fine)

Need to support in PST Time zone ( 8 AM PST - 5 PM PST)

The Salesforce Technical Lead will provide handson technical leadership across Salesforce implementations and AMS engagements The role involves solution design development code reviews integrations and mentoring developers while owning technical quality performance and scalability of Salesforce solutions

Key Responsibilities

Lead handson development across Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and optional CPQFSL

Design and implement scalable secure Salesforce solutions aligned to business and enterprise architecture standards

Own technical design LLDHLD development strategy and code quality

Develop and optimize Apex SyncAsync Lightning Web Components LWC Aura components and complex Flows

Lead integrations using RESTSOAP APIs platform events middleware MuleSoftBoomi and external systems

Perform code reviews enforce best practices and ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits

Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide L3 support for AMS projects

Collaborate with architects business analysts QA and DevOps teams

Guide CICD pipelines using Copado Gearset Azure DevOps Git

Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical upskilling of the team

Support estimations sprint planning technical risk identification and delivery commitments

Required Skills Qualifications

Salesforce Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Apex LWC Aura SOQL SOSL and Salesforce security model

Deep understanding of Salesforce data model sharing and automation Flows Triggers

Experience with Salesforce integrations and async processing

Knowledge of Salesforce Limits performance tuning and deployment strategies

Strong experience with Salesforce DX and sourcedriven development

Tools Platforms

CICD Copado Gearset Git Azure DevOps GitHub

Integration tools MuleSoft Boomi preferred

AgileScrum delivery experience

Preferred Good to Have

Experience in FSL CPQ OmniChannel Experience Cloud

Salesforce Platform Developer II JavaScript Developer certification

Exposure to multiorg large enterprise implementations

Prior experience in AMS Implementation hybrid roles

Soft Skills

Strong technical leadership and ownership mindset

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to balance hands-on work with team leadership

Problem solving and decision making skills in fast paced environments
