Role description

Job title : Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Location : Newark, California

Responsible for end to end Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud implementations

Leads technical design governance integration patterns performance scalability and execution quality

Acts as the primary technical authority for clients and internal delivery teams

Key Responsibilities

Own overall Salesforce solution architecture data model integrations security scalability and extensibility

Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and architecture blueprints

Lead technical design workshops grooming sessions and architecture reviews

Govern adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards CICD and DevOps processes

Guide teams on Apex Visualforce LWC Integration RESTSOAP EventDriven architecture and platform limits

Design and review integration patterns with external systems Mulesoft Boomi Kafka custom APIs

Oversee data migration strategy data modelling quality and governance

Review and optimize performance governor limit usage and platform efficiency

Partner with Solution Architects SMEs PMs and client architects for endtoend delivery governance

Provide technical leadership to developers leads QA and admins across multicloud programs

Ensure compliance with security models OWD Sharing Role Hierarchy Shield Encryption

Participate in estimation SOW inputs project planning risk identification and mitigation

Drive innovation POCs and feasibility assessments for new Salesforce features and releases

Support presales solutioning effort estimation roadmaps and client presentations

Required Skills

Deep handson knowledge Apex LWC Triggers Async Processing Platform Events Integration APIs

Strong understanding of Salesforce multicloud architecture Sales Service Experience FSL CPQ Data Cloud Agentforce etc as applicable

Expertise in integration architecture REST SOAP Middleware Event Bus Async patterns

Strong command of security identity management SSO OAuth Connected Apps

Experience in CICD DevOps CopadoGearsetBitbucketJenkins

Experience in leading large enterprise implementations 3 clouds 150 users

Strong documentation skills HLD LLD ERD Sequence Diagrams Integration Specs Deployment Architecture

Nice to Have

Salesforce Certifications Application Architect System Architect Technical Architect track

Experience with managed packages ServiceMax Vlocity OmniStudio nCino Industry Clouds

Knowledge of data platforms Snowflake AWS GCP Azure CDP
