Salesforce Technical Architect, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted): Design and architect innovative, scalable, and secure solutions primarily leveraging the Salesforce platform and various Salesforce Clouds. Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase the value of proposed solutions. Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with clients to refine requirements and validate solution designs to develop enterprise-level architecture roadmaps. Provide expertise on Salesforce best practices, architecture patterns, and integration strategies within a public sector context. Respond to technical sections of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other procurement documents. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Conduct solution design, architecture, client management, team leadership, strategic planning, and delivery management with oversight of integrations across systems and clouds. Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as an Application Developer or related.
