Job Description:

• Serve as the Salesforce Technical Lead, driving the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Provide hands-on leadership across the full Salesforce development lifecycle, focusing on Sales Cloud and Agentforce implementations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design efficient solutions.

• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

• Customize and configure Salesforce components including Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Workflows, and Validation Rules.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

• Oversee data management processes including migration, cleansing, and deduplication activities.

• Drive continuous improvement by implementing new Salesforce features, releases, and innovations.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Agentforce platforms.

• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and API integrations.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).

• Salesforce Technical Architect or Platform Developer II certification preferred.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on delivery excellence
