We are hiring a Salesforce QA Analyst to support Front Office initiatives, with strong experience in manual testing for Salesforce CRM, including test plans, test cases, and UAT with business stakeholders. This role also involves collaborating with IT Project Managers and Business Analysts, managing defects in JIRA. 3 days onsite in Midtown Manhattan are required.

Description
- Create and execute Salesforce-focused manual test plans and test cases, including functional and regression testing
- Partner with business stakeholders to lead UAT and ensure requirements are fully validated
- Collaborate with IT, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and deliver actionable testing insights
- Track, triage, and resolve defects in JIRA while ensuring adherence to QA standards and timely production readiness

Profile
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of hands-on QA experience, ideally including Salesforce exposure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Highly organized self-starter with excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Excel and SQL, with experience supporting change management initiatives
