Role: Salesforce Programmer Analyst (local Virginia candidate only)
Location: Glen Allen, VA (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Programmer Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with the Client. This position requires a local Virginia candidate who can support a hybrid work environment in Glen Allen, VA.

Required Experience & Skills
- 9–10 years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- 6+ years of experience developing with Salesforce Apex Classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- 5+ years of experience using Jira
- 4+ years of experience with Copado
- Strong understanding of and commitment to a configuration-first development approach
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Copado CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to develop and execute unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with DevOps teams to resolve production and deployment challenges
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
