Job Description

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer with 10+ years of Salesforce development experience and strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, mentor development teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
• Experience with Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
• Expertise in asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, Scheduled Apex).
• Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar deployment tools.
• Ability to perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development initiatives and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC and Apex.
• Build custom applications, integrations, and automation solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support when required.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, testing, and deployment strategies.
• Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification preferred.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
