Job Title: Salesforce - FSC, Solution Architect, Senior Consultant Responsibilities: Expertise and experience with FSC including configuration of the FSC Platform Expert level understanding of various components of the Salesforce product suite, such as Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and App Clouds Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce.com platform Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation Manage technical scopes and client expectations Demonstrate technical thought leadership Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used Provides oversight and governance of all sold and managedSalesforce.comprojects Drives business development with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements and provide detailed estimates within the offering Coach and mentor junior technical resources; own responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resources on Salesforce projects Interview potential candidates Serve as a mentor/lead and people manger within the team Ability to travel 20% AI-Enabled Business Delivery Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Enterprise ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate development of business deliverables such as requirements, process models, user stories, and test scenarios Demonstrate experience supporting or delivering AI-enabled features within Business Planning and enterprise solutions Apply AI to enhance analysis, decision-making, and stakeholder insights AI Strategy & Business Translation Guide clients in translating AI strategy into practical, scalable, and compliant business solutions Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI into business processes to drive efficiency, quality, and patient-centric innovation Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful AI adoption Governance, Risk, and Compliance Ensure AI initiatives align with regulatory requirements in life sciences (e.g., GxP, SaMD, validated systems) Promote responsible AI practices, including ethical use, transparency, and data governance Adoption, Value Realization & Team Enablement Drive adoption of AI tools and practices across business and delivery teams Support sales and delivery efforts through AI-informed solutioning, proposals, and value articulation Enable team utilization by aligning skills, demand, and delivery opportunit es Thoug
