SaltClick is looking for a Salesforce Developer who brings expertise, enthusiasm, and efficiency to our team, our projects, and our clients. Your primary responsibility is to build robust applications and deliver high-quality solutions that elevate our clients' Salesforce environments. You thrive in rapidly changing, sometimes ambiguous environments and bring strong problem-solving skills to each engagement. You're full of ideas, confident in design discussions, and skilled at turning concepts into reality through clean, thoughtful execution.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop web applications and web services using Salesforce, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and modern web service technologies (SOAP, REST, XML)
Integrate third-party products with existing Salesforce infrastructure
Deliver scalable, robust, and simple software solutions to solve complex business problems
Implement new features and optimize existing ones to improve performance
Resolve high-priority defects
Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment activities
Create and maintain documentation
Write automated tests and execute manual tests
Collaborate with team members, project managers, and internal customers
Participate in planning meetings, daily standups, and Agile ceremonies
Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce releases and recommend process or platform improvements
Design, configure, and develop features related to Service Cloud Voice, including call flows, telephony integrations, Omni-Channel routing, and real-time agent experience enhancements
Experience You'll Need:
3+ years of web application development experience, including hands-on experience with Java or C#/.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
2+ years as a Salesforce.com Developer
Proven, practical experience with Lightning, Visualforce, Apex programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services
Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST
Mastery of data types, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results against aggressive timelines in an Agile environment
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving ability
Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II preferred
Hands-on Service Cloud Voice expertise, including Amazon Connect or partner telephony platforms, call flow configuration, Omni-Channel routing, and CTI integrations
Experience designing or supporting Service Cloud Voice-powered agent workflows, transcription, and real-time analytics is highly beneficial
