Posting Summary Rutgers The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Salesforce Developer for the Office of Information Technology. Under the direction of a Project Manager and Associate Director for Enterprise Application Services (EAS), this position provides analytical and programming support for the Enrollment Management office and other university administrative and academic offices.

Key Responsibilities • Develops solutions within the Salesforce or CRM platform or software that integrates with Salesforce to meet stakeholder requirements for existing and new functionality. • Works with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions, including dashboards, interfaces, and integrations. • Assists with necessary system upgrades in all Salesforce environments, as well as testing all impacted areas and workflows. • Works with the institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative development and change management activities. • Assists in training of new users and growing the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization. • Works with members of the user community to define and document development requirements. • Assists with the evaluation scope and completion of new development requests. • Understands and adheres to Rutgers compliance standards as they appear in RBHSs Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct, and Conflict of Interest Policy. • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Salary Details Minimum Salary: $92,722.000 Mid Range Salary: $111,839.000 Maximum Salary: $133,206.000

Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the candidates qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. We also take into consideration market benchmarks if and when appropriate and internal equity to ensure fair compensation relative to the universitys broader compensation structure.

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience • Bachelors degree in a related field • Plus a minimum of 2 years relevant system development experience
