Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce (legacy support)
  • Build and optimize declarative automation (Flow) alongside custom code, following best practices on when to use each
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (MuleSoft, etc.)
  • Participate in Salesforce DX-based development workflows, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
  • Write unit tests to meet Salesforce code coverage requirements and org quality standards
  • Support data migration efforts (Data Loader, ETL tools, Bulk API)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects; participate in code reviews
  • Stay current on seasonal Salesforce releases and evaluate new declarative/programmatic features for adoption

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (current/active)
  • Strong Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL skills
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and modern deployment pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with at least one Salesforce release from the past 12 months
  • U.S. Citizenship [adjust if required for federal contract]

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications (or progress toward)
  • Experience with Agentforce/Einstein development (prompt builder, model configuration, custom Copilot actions)
  • Integration experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar middleware
  • Experience in Government Cloud, GovCloud Plus, or FedRAMP-authorized environments
  • Prior experience supporting a federal prime or subcontractor
