Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote within the United States

Job Summary
We are seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices. This role requires experience building scalable applications, automating business processes, and creating meaningful reports and dashboards that provide business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications, workflows, validation rules, flows, and security settings.
• Develop and maintain solutions within Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key business metrics, operational status, user adoption, and executive KPIs.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Administrators, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
• Support Salesforce releases, deployments, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Salesforce Flows
  • REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience developing custom objects, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience creating Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations and executive reporting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agent force, Einstein AI, or Salesforce automation features.
• Experience implementing business process automation using Salesforce Flow and Agent force.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows and Health Cloud implementations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps and version control best practices.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

Preferred

• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce AI Associate
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist (or equivalent AI/Agentforce certification)
• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional (preferred)

Compensation:
The expected compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 annually. Compensation is determined in good faith and may vary based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, clearance level, labor category alignment, contract requirements, work location, internal equity, and business needs.
