Salesforce Developer

·Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota: 3 days a week on site

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support evolving business needs. This role involves close collaboration with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

This position supports a flexible work schedule that prioritizes in-office collaboration, with opportunities for remote work when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Custom Development:
  • Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Integrations:
  • Design and build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware tools.
  • Configuration & Customization:
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators to configure standard functionality and develop custom triggers, classes, batch processes, workflows, and flows.
  • Technical Architecture:
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and high-performing technical solutions while recommending best practices in system design and architecture.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Create and execute unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
  • Data Management:
  • Manage data migration, mapping, and transformation using tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL solutions.
