The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture, development, and integrations and a proven ability to design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions, including Data Cloud.Responsibilities:Customize, enhance, and integrate Salesforce.com applications.Design and implement solutions across Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.Develop with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and LWC using sound OOP and design patterns.Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.Create UI wireframes and prototypes; implement using HTML5 and JavaScript libraries including Node.js.Produce technical design documents and review code for quality and standards.Align solutions to business and technical requirements; manage scope and expectations.Collaborate within Agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 7+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce development background.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementation or POCs; familiarity with Agentforce is a plus.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, LWC, and JavaScript.Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and enterprise system connectivity.Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud capabilities and data models.Strong understanding of Salesforce design patterns and object-oriented programming.Ability to review, develop, and explain code to technical and business stakeholders.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Experience with React and modern UI frameworks; HTML/CSS proficiency.Experience with Twilio APIs and Functions.Background with Node.js and related JavaScript libraries.Why BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
