Job Title: Salesforce Architect
Duration- Fulltime Permanent
Location: Irvine, CA /Remote
Job Description:
Required Qualifications:
End-to-end Salesforce architecture across clouds (Sales/Service/Experience/Analytics as applicable)
Proven experience merging or consolidating Salesforce orgs.
Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, metadata, API integrations, and data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Snowflake integrations if applicable).
Mastery in data mapping, deduplication, cleansing, and validation.
Experience orchestrating large-scale migration waves and cutovers.
Comfort working with SQL-like tools, ETL/ELT tools, and Salesforce APIs
Experience with large enterprise implementations, scalability, and performance considerations
Strong documentation skills (HLD/LLD), standards, and architecture governance
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect cert (preferred)
Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
Experience with regulatory/compliance-heavy data systems.
Prior experience with M&A-related system integrations
Roles & Responsibilities:
Define solution architecture and technical roadmap for Salesforce programs
Drive design decisions for data, integration, security, and non-functional requirements
Review existing implementations to identify opportunities for improving performance, security, and reusability
Establish best practices, reference architectures, and guardrails for delivery teams
Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders; support estimations and delivery planning
Ensure deployment quality through CI/CD processes (Copado) and follow best practices
