Job Summary:
seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Architect to lead the design and integration of enterprise-scale AI agent ecosystems within Salesforce Agentforce environments. This role will bridge AI platforms, enterprise systems, and Salesforce while defining scalable, secure, and intelligent orchestration frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Agentic Architecture:
- Design autonomous AI and multi-agent ecosystems.
- Define agent governance, delegation models, and semantic task routing.
- Build scalable orchestration frameworks for AI-driven workflows.
- Optimize context management, token usage, and reasoning efficiency.
Salesforce & Enterprise Integration:
- Architect integrations between AI platforms and Salesforce Agentforce.
Design solutions using:

- A2A (Agent-to-Agent) Communication
Security & Governance:
- Define authentication, authorization, and trust boundaries.

- Create Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
- Document architecture designs, technical trade-offs, and requirements.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Security, Salesforce, and Platform teams.
