We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to provide platform leadership, governance, and hands-on administration across a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for platform stability, org hygiene, security, and release governance, while partnering closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and business teams.
The admin will act as the primary owner of Salesforce org health and operational excellence, ensuring scalable configurations, high data quality, disciplined release management, and consistent standards across Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud in a multi-org environment.

BS in computer science or equivalent technical field.
2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
Strong hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud
Proven experience leading organizational hygiene and data governance initiatives
Experience in enterprise-level release management
Experience with user access and security governance
Experience in multi-org Salesforce environments
Deep understanding of Salesforce security, automation limits, and performance considerations
Ability to work effectively with developers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders
Required Certifications:
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
Salesforce Advanced Administrator
Salesforce Platform Developer I
Salesforce Platform Developer II
Ability to identify key issues and details, and present understandable alternatives to both technical and non-technical individuals
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation to support the testing, installation, operations, deployment and maintenance of products
Proven ability to effectively present data to facilitate understanding of findings
Ability to solve complex problems using analytical and creative problem-solving skills for design, development and testing of systems
Competent at adhering to organizational processes and procedures including but not limited to scrum and various design artifacts.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
Experience supporting Marketing Cloud integrations and operations
Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, CI/CD processes)
Experience defining platform governance models and admin center-of-excellence practices
Serve as the overall steward of Salesforce platform health, governance, and admin best practices
Define and enforce standards for org hygiene, configuration management, automation usage, and metadata lifecycle
Proactively identify technical debt and drive remediation plans in partnership with developers and architects
Act as the escalation point for complex admin, data, and access-related issues
Own administration and configuration across Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud
Design and maintain scalable configurations using no-code and low-code tools (objects, flows, validations, approvals, record types)
Ensure strong data quality, consistency, and lifecycle management, including deduplication and archival strategies
Own end-to-end user and access governance, including user onboarding/offboarding, license allocation, and role hierarchy - profiles, permission sets, and sharing models
Perform regular security and access reviews aligned with compliance and least-privilege principles
Support audit readiness and regulatory requirements, especially in healthcare or regulated environments
Own and continuously improve the Salesforce release management process
Coordinate with Salesforce developers on change intake and prioritization, sandbox strategy and UAT execution, and deployment planning and release scheduling
Ensure high-quality releases through strong validation, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Maintain release calendars, deployment checklists, and post-release verification standards
Own administration across multiple Salesforce orgs and environments
Define sandbox strategies, refresh cycles, and configuration alignment
Reduce configuration drift and promote reuse and consistency across orgs
Work closely with Salesforce developers to ensure the right balance between no-code (configuration), low-code (Flows), and pro-code (Apex/LWC)
Represent the admin and platform stability perspective during solution design and technical planning
