HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to provide day-to-day administration across our Salesforce platforms, supporting end users, resolving queries and issues, and ensuring the system is configured and maintained to effectively meet evolving business needs.

This high-impact, analytical role will be instrumental in delivering optimised platform performance, accurate and insightful reporting, and scalable solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as the Salesforce System Administrator across VWFS, ensuring the platform is optimised to improve business processes and drive successful user adoption
  • Provide first-line support for Salesforce users, resolving incidents and service requests via Service Manager within agreed SLAs
  • Manage user access, including roles, profiles, queues, workflows and groups, ensuring permissions are accurate and aligned to best practice and user requirements
  • Collaborate with business and QA teams to maintain email templates, files, quick text and macros, ensuring all content is accurate and fit for purpose
  • Perform data management activities using Salesforce Data Loader, including importing, updating and cleansing data to maintain integrity and accuracy
  • Support users during new feature releases, providing go-live assistance to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption
  • Capture and document user requirements by creating detailed user stories for system enhancements and improvements
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including process updates, error logs and field history tracking, to support audit and continuous improvement

Essential experience & skills:

  • Salesforce certified (ideally Administrator - ADM201) with hands-on platform experience.
  • Experience working across Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience, Data or Marketing Cloud)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce automation tools, particularly Flows
  • Knowledge of environment management, release strategies and Salesforce DevOps/metadata structures
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage multiple requests effectively
  • A creative and analytical problem-solver with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
