Essential Job Functions

  • Fully understand, support, manage Salesforce and Salesforce processes and provide insight into best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce.com releases, technologies, applications, and integrations
  • Manage standard and custom objects, such as pages, fields, formulas
  • Add workflows and triggers to manage standard and custom objects
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved within a timely manner
  • Lead the automation and standardization of reports and dashboards
  • Assist in the development of training plans, materials, and documentation for Salesforce users                   
  • Monitor user adoption rates and work with technology team to respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve
  • Develop and communicate a schedule for future database releases/enhancements
  • Prepare required analytical reports/dashboards to support the user teams
  • Develop, implement and ensure compliance with Change Management Process
  • Responsible for data management, including mass updates, deletes and extracts in addition to regular de-duping and data clean up
  • Support the maintenance and improvements of the PosiGen data warehouse
  • Support integrations of applications to data warehouse or Salesforce
  • Manage feedback to facilitate data architecture that enables cross departmental data analysis and business needs

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in (e.g., computer science, computer/software engineering, or similar) and Salesforce Administrator/Developer Certification preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience of supporting Salesforce.com customizations
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com platform and experience with SFDC Data Loader
  • Experience with database management and PostgreSQL is a plus
  • Experience with open-source app languages (e.g., Ruby, Node.js, Python, Java and PHP) or .NET is a plus
