IDR is seeking a Salesforce Administrator III to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role entails supporting and maintaining a Salesforce-based application used by the City of Nashville, focusing on day-to-day application administration, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system smoothness for internal users and the public. It is a collaborative role ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills and solid experience in application support or system administration.

Position Overview for the Salesforce Administrator III:

  • Provide application support for Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Manage daily system administration tasks, including user account management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Support data monitoring, reporting, and backup processes to maintain data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to test new features, implement improvements, and support project activities.
  • Assist with user training, system audits, and process review to enhance operational workflows.

Requirements for the Salesforce Administrator III:

  • 2-4 years of basic troubleshooting experience.
  • 1–3 years of Salesforce application support or similar platform experience.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot software issues and support end-users effectively.
  • Experience managing user accounts, access, and permissions.
  • Strong testing skills, including developing test plans and troubleshooting new features.
