Trident Consulting is seeking a "Salesforce Administrator for one of our clients in "Aliso Viejo, CA - Onsite” a global leader in medical technology and pharmaceutical Industry.

Role: Salesforce Administrator
Work Location : Aliso Viejo, CA - Onsite
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Contract
Rate: $58/hr on w2

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum 3–4 years of Salesforce Administration experience required.

  • What Type of Background or Profile Has Worked Well in This Position:
  • Strong Salesforce Administrator background with 3–4+ years of experience
  • Experience supporting multiple Salesforce platforms such as Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
  • Experience with TrackWise Digital is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in medical device, life sciences, or other regulated industries is highly preferred
  • Experience supporting highly integrated and validated business processes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support multiple Salesforce applications and platforms across the organization
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows, reports, and dashboards
  • Support Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially TrackWise Digital environments
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Provide Tier-2 support, support UAT, manage releases, and assist with integrations and data loads
  • Additional Notes:
  • Candidates with both strong Salesforce Administration experience and exposure to TrackWise Digital will stand out significantly
  • Interview process: Virtual interview followed by onsite interview
  • Candidates from medical device or life sciences organizations are strongly preferred due to the validated business process environment
