We’re seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions for our business needs. You will serve as the go-to expert for translating requirements into efficient system configurations, helping teams leverage Salesforce to drive performance and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and gather technical requirements
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales, Service, etc.)
- Customize objects, workflows, and reports based on user needs
- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure best practices
- Stay updated with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, or Consultant preferred)
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and data flows
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with third-party integrations and Salesforce apps is a plus
