You'll work at the intersection of marketing strategy and technology — translating business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, while collaborating closely with commercial and cross-functional teams. We offer a work environment full of creativity, independence, and supportive colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the creation and maintenance of customer journey flows and marketing automation programmer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align on prioritization.
• Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and drive ongoing platform adoption.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Work closely with the commercial team to translate business requirements into Salesforce Marketing Cloud journey solutions.
• Lead and participate in Marketing Cloud related projects from initiation to completion.
• Maintain data quality, segmentation logic, and prospect data across Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next.

Functional Skills
Required
• Solid experience working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP 360) — unified profiles, data streams, and segment activation is a plus.
• Salesforce Certification in Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement is a plus.
• Comfortable working with campaign data and metrics to support decision-making.
• Experience in project management or cross-functional project teams.
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent platform knowledge.
• Experience with CRM Analytics or Tableau for marketing reporting.
• Background in B2B marketing, lead management, or account-based marketing.
