A Salesfloor Team Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth on the sales floor. As a Salesfloor Team Associate, you will be expected to:

• Greet and engage with customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and returns with ease • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment
