Sales Trainee are expected to work on:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers in a retail environment, providing expert assistance with AT&T services.
• Articulating the benefits and features of a wide range of products, including internet, television, and wireless services.
• Building genuine relationships with customers to understand their unique needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Efficiently resolving customer issues and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Processing new accounts and service changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all AT&T products, services, and promotional offers.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and other Sales Trainee to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
