Position Overview
AAA Cooper Transportation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to lead revenue growth across our full suite of transportation services. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue growth goals. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and follow-up. • Create, advance, and close opportunities in your sales pipeline. • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize satisfaction and revenue. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. • Leverage CRM and business intelligence tools to guide territory planning. • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies. • Organize and prioritize time effectively through disciplined call cycles and territory management.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development; LTL industry experience preferred. • Bachelors degree or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
