We operate on a structured process that tells you exactly how to run a call. The process is not a script — it's a framework that lets the best operators thrive. We track close rate, average ticket, and customer experience because those numbers tell the truth about who is winning.


The Role


You will:


  • Run full residential and commercial garage door calls — diagnosis, repair, and full system evaluation
  • Execute a complete door analysis on every single call — no exceptions
  • Present Good / Better / Best options and close the sale that day
  • Hit a 60%+ close rate and $2,000+ average ticket
  • Target $4,000+ in daily revenue
  • Document every job before leaving the driveway
  • Prospect in the neighborhood: door hangers, visibility, brand presence
  • Show up to Morning Huddle, weekly development sessions, and field reviews


You will not:


  • Quote and run
  • Skip the inspection because it feels like extra work
  • Wait for someone to motivate you
