As a Sales Team Member, you’ll participate in training focused on sales outreach, customer engagement, and sales techniques centered around AT&T Fiber. The Sales Team Member guides customers through internet options using sales conversations that emphasize speed, streaming reliability, and connected home convenience.
Responsibilities of the Sales Team Member
- Greet customers warmly to introduce AT&T Fiber as a practical upgrade for daily routines like gaming, streaming, and staying connected with loved ones.
- Explain service value by turning AT&T Fiber’s performance into everyday peace of mind, reliable speeds, no throttling, and no surprise fees.
- Walk through plan choices in a friendly, conversational way that keeps customers informed and comfortable throughout the sales process.
- Match plans to usage by learning how each customer uses the internet and recommending the most fitting AT&T Fiber option.
- Check in post‑activation to ensure the service meets expectations and to nurture ongoing sales rapport.
- Track customer patterns to improve future outreach and create more personalized, effective sales interactions.
