Title: Sales Support Specialist

Duration: 02 Months Contract

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid 1-2 days Onsite/ 3-4 days remote)

Shift: Monday-Friday | Flexible Between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM EST

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join its Global Sales Operations team. This role is heavily focused on data management, CRM maintenance, and sales operations support. The successful candidate will assist the Go-to-Market (GTM) Sales organization throughout the sales process while maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of sales-related data.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, enjoys working with large datasets, and has experience supporting Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Global Sales Operations team throughout the sales process.
• Maintain and update customer records to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
• Export, cleanse, update, and import data into CRM systems.
• Perform mass updates within CRM databases while understanding downstream impacts.
• Support onboarding and compliance requirements for prospective and new customers.
• Assist the Sales team in preparing, collecting, and managing required documentation.
• Review contracts and supporting sales documentation.
• Generate and process sales orders.
• Respond to customer order-related inquiries.
• Audit sales-related databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Partner with Data Governance teams to establish and maintain data quality standards.
• Identify data issues and proactively recommend solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Revenue Operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Quality, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM data maintenance.
• Experience with data enrichment tools.
• Experience supporting cross-functional Sales Operations teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean organization.
• Self-motivated with strong collaboration and prioritization skills.
