Headquartered in Orange Park, Florida we offer Counter Service, Mobile Hose Repair, and state of the art OEM Centers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Due to recent, as well as projected growth, we are seeking a motivated, outgoing CSR/Sales Specialist to assist our growing sales team.
As A Sales Support Specialist You Will:
- Coordinate entire order process from time of order through delivery and shipping
- Works closely with HosePower field representatives and customers in communicating product availability
- Maintains appropriate freight costs by determining the most efficient carrier routing
- Minimize impact of customer service complaints and claims by reacting quickly and efficiently to resolve problem issues
- Understanding and interpreting product requirements and providing information to customers
- Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends;
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing product information and explanations; preparing quotations
- Fills orders and communicates expected delivery date
- Checking customers buying history; suggesting related and new items and explaining features
- Answer phones and inquires
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in an industrial sales setting preferred
- Excellent telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills required
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn various computer systems, Microsoft suite experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and respond to customers quickly and efficiently
- Mathematical computation skills
- Ideal candidate must be a team player, goal-oriented and self-motivated
