Overview
First Citizens Bank has an incredible opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist (Commercial Lending Assistant). We are hiring banking professionals who have had proven success in their past careers, are self-motivated, and possess strong relationship building skills. This role is an integral part of our team, partnering with Commercial and/or Business Banking groups in the sales, servicing and management of clients and loan portfolios.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience in sales or lending support OR
Bachelor's Degree with experience in sales or lending support
Additional Skills and Experiences:
4+ years of prior experience in banking, ideally in Commercial Lending Support
Strong working knowledge of the loan documentation and loan closing processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong computer skills, and an ability to learn banking systems
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with bankers and other internal partners
Ideal candidate will have experience with:
Title documentation
Life insurance
Deeds of trust
U.C.C. filings
Mortgages
Assignments of rents
Surveys
Ordering Appraisals
Environmental reports
Tax returns and supporting documents
