Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Specialist for a 12 Month + Contract opportunity. Covering email inboxes, Webops system, Small inventory, staffing help, ARO manger platform.
 
HOURS ARE 8:00am to 5pm or 9:00am to 6pm ET.  30 minute lunch. Mandatory overtime the last 3 days of the month, no PTO will be approved during this time.

 

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

 

  • Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships
  • Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax. Researches responses with sales
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Determine charges for services requested, collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collection payments, and/or arrange for billing
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Maintain customer pricing in ERP system, including entering contracts as required
  • Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processes
  • Implement procedures to manage inventory shelf life and expiry records

 



Requirements

 

  • 2+ years of experience - required
  • High school diploma - required
  • College degree - preferred
  • Clear and concise communication skills - required
  • Drive to dig into the details of customer issues to solve problems proactively - required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs - required
  • Participate in over-time work as needed - required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.). 
  • Preferred experience with SAP and SalesForce. 
  • Proven experience working in a remote role with accountability and excellent communication
