Job Location: Saddle Brook, NJ, (Onsite)
Job Duration: 3 Months (Possible extension)
Schedule: Hours 9 AM 5 PM (1-hour lunch), Monday Friday

Job Description:

Position Summary
The Sales Support Coordinator will provide marketing and administrative support to a team of real estate professionals. This role will assist with preparing proposals, presentations, communication materials, managing operational tasks, and supporting marketing initiatives using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and internal client systems.

Role Overview
The Sales Support Coordinator will support daily sales operations by managing administrative responsibilities, coordinating marketing efforts, preparing client materials, and assisting real estate professionals with business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
  • Handle incoming calls, communications, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Process commissions and expense reports according to company policies.
  • Maintain databases, reports, and content libraries.
  • Assist with website updates and internal system tracking.
  • Serve as a client liaison for routine inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Provide general administrative support to sales and real estate teams.

Marketing Support
  • Create branded marketing materials including:
    • Presentations
    • Proposals
    • Flyers
    • Offering Memorandums (OMs)
    • Maps
    • Floor plans
  • Develop email marketing and direct marketing campaigns for property listings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.
  • Prepare client-facing deliverables and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including:
    • Marketing
    • Research
    • Finance
  • Maintain marketing databases, websites, and prospect tracking systems.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Up to 2 years of related job experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow established work routines and standards.
  • Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills, including ability to calculate:
