This Sales Support Associate role combines face-to-face customer interaction with hands-on sales support, helping drive a smooth and efficient sales process from start to finish.

What You’ll Do as a Sales Support Associate:

• Assist customers through face-to-face interactions with questions about Verizon FiOS services and offerings
• Help ensure a smooth customer experience from first conversation to final setup as a Sales Support Associate
• Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups
