Compensation: $2,500–$3,000/month base + up to 10% commission

Positions Available
Sales Supervisor
- Conduct structured consultations with prospective and returning clients
- Guide clients through every step of their personalized aesthetic treatment plan
- Document treatment progress, photos, and measurements in our CRM system
- Achieve and exceed daily sales targets of $3,500+
Sales Manager
- Lead, support, and coach a high-performing team of sales consultants
- Drive individual and team sales performance, with goals of $3,500+ per rep
- Ensure a polished, professional, and seamless client experience
- Build a team culture based on excellence, results, and care
Compensation & Commission Structure
- Base Salary: $2,500–$3,000/month (depending on experience and role)
- Tiered Commission:
- 4–5% on sales up to $3,500
- 6–7% on sales from $3,500 to $7,500
- 8–10% on sales above $7,500
