As a Sales Success Associate , you will support customers by explaining the benefits of Frontiers services and products, offering tailored solutions, and guiding them through decisions, while delivering customer service that builds confidence and trust. In this Sales Success Associate position, your focus will be on understanding customer needs, supporting account activity, and helping drive consistent sales results. Each interaction handled by a Sales Success Associate contributes to positive client relationships and business growth.
Key Results Areas for the Sales Success Associate:
- Learn customer needs and recommend Frontier’s products and services that align with their respective needs.
- Walk customers through Frontier’s available connectivity options, answering questions clearly and professionally, while delivering excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Success Associates to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
- The Sales Success Associate will monitor assigned accounts, identify opportunities for updates or improvements, and suggest next steps in the sales process.
- Balance customer service with sales objectives to support both satisfaction and sales performance goals.
- Track customer activity, outcomes, and follow-ups to keep accounts organized and accurate.
- As a Sales Success Associate, you will stay informed on Frontier’s product updates, services, and market changes to provide accurate guidance.
Skills and Competencies of the Sales Success Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.
- Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
