Summary
The Finance & Insurance / Sales Specialist Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire vehicle purchase process-from the initial customer interaction through financing and vehicle delivery. This position assists customers in selecting the right powersports vehicle, presents financing and protection options, completes all required sales and finance documentation, and builds lasting customer relationships while achieving dealership sales and profitability goals.
Key responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Greet customers, identify their needs, and guide them through the complete vehicle purchasing process.
- Demonstrate product features and maintain current knowledge of all powersports vehicles, financing programs, and dealership offerings.
- Present financing, leasing, extended service contracts, and other finance and insurance products to customers.
- Process finance and lease transactions while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements.
- Utilize dealership systems to maintain customer records, complete follow-up activities, and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and introduce customers to dealership services and personnel to enhance the ownership experience.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-ready showroom.
- Work collaboratively with dealership management and staff to achieve sales, finance, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
