Sales Service Specialist Position.
This Is A Direct-Hire Position
The Sales Service Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily sales operations by managing customer communications, processing orders across multiple platforms, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with both customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities Customer Communication & Support
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, voicemail, and customer service management (CSM) systems
· Process customer requests such as order cancellations, updates, and general inquiries
· Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to resolve issues and provide support
Order Processing & Management
· Retrieve and review new orders submitted through the company website
· Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system
· Print and prepare orders for fulfillment by the warehouse team
· Monitor order status and ensure timely processing
Marketplace Platform Management
· Manage orders and customer communications across third-party platforms including major retailers
· Process marketplace orders and respond to customer messages within platform guidelines
B2B & Dealer Support
· Process orders from business partners received via phone, email, and EDI platforms
· Provide updates and maintain accurate order information within partner EDI systems
· Serve as a point of contact for dealer-related inquiries and order tracking
Order Review & Invoicing
· Review completed shipments and verify order accuracy
· Update invoices to reflect freight charges, inventory adjustments, or other changes
· Ensure all billing information is accurate and properly documented
Administrative Support
· Perform light filing and general administrative tasks as needed
· Maintain organized records of orders, communications, and transactions
