Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales & Service Manager who can lead our krewe like a true parade captain—keeping the energy high, the team tight, and the customers feeling like they’ve just stepped into the heart of the French Quarter. This role is all about creating unforgettable experiences, building a powerhouse team, and driving results with flair.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Development – Build Your Mardi Gras Krewe
- Recruit, train, and coach a dynamic team that delivers top-notch service with a smile and a little lagniappe.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, positivity, and accountability—because every great parade needs a rhythm section!
- Provide ongoing feedback and development plans to help team members grow into rockstar performers.
- Lead daily huddles and energize the team like a brass band kicking off a second line.
Driving Results – Keep the Parade Moving Forward
- Set clear sales goals and inspire the team to hit them like beads flying off a float.
- Monitor KPIs and implement creative strategies to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Develop promotional campaigns that feel as festive as Mardi Gras but stay compliant with Louisiana cannabis regulations.
- Celebrate wins big and small—because in NOLA, every success deserves a toast!
Welcoming Customers – Be the Bourbon Street Host
- Create a warm, inviting atmosphere where every guest feels like part of the krewe.
- Greet new customers with genuine hospitality and guide them through the experience with ease.
- Handle escalated service issues with charm and professionalism—because even on Bourbon Street, the vibe matters.
- Ensure every interaction reflects our brand’s personality: fun, knowledgeable, and customer-focused.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- Have at least 2-7 years in a leadership position in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis related industries
- Must have 5 – 10 years of experience in Customer Service-related work
- 2 – 4 years of cannabis industry experience preferred
- Proven experience in retail or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to balance festive energy with compliance and professionalism.
- Must meet all state requirements for cannabis employment.
- Must be able to clear a background check
- Must have flexibility in working hours and the ability to work late hours, up to 3 AM, depending on the needs of the business
- Must have reliable transportation
- College degree not required, but preferred, or in place of experience in the field
