We're seeking a dedicated and service-minded Insurance Service and Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this client-focused role, you'll manage both sales and service responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone with a stable job history and a passion for delivering excellent service in a structured and supportive environment.

Base Salary: $47,000-$55,000 based on experience plus a very reachable bonus structure.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00-5:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes and present customized coverage solutions
  • Close new business and cross-sell additional products to existing clients
  • Manage policy changes, client inquiries, and account updates
  • Handle objections and win back former clients with confidence and care
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver top-tier client service at every touchpoint

Requirements
  • Stable work history with a focus on long-term growth
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office setting
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Professional communication and phone etiquette
