Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to provide estimates and close sales
- Follow a proven sales process using our tools and software
- Educate customers on fencing options and help them make confident decisions
- Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale
- Track and manage your pipeline and follow-ups
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently closing deals from company-provided leads
- Strong customer experience from first meeting through signed contract
- High close rate and efficient use of appointments
- Clear communication with customers and internal team

Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (in-home sales or home services is a plus)
- Customer-facing experience required
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable using technology and sales software
- Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
